I dare say that the chefs know their stuff! The steaks are marvellous, seasoning on point, fresh, juicy meat. However, the marinade for rack of lamb is not to my liking.. i think it has local ingredients incorporated in it like lemon grass which doesn't seem to sit well with the grilled lamb.

Me and my team of 10 people in total decided to dine in during lunch, which was not too packed as there were still empty tables and some customers were about to finish their meals too. All 10 of us ordered either of two offered lunch sets, nothing fancy. However, the waiting time for the main course was about an hour, which was unexpected since, as I mentioned, it was not a full house. The set lunch portion was fulfilling, but I cannot say it was the best mix grill I have ever had. The ambiance is also too dim. Will I be coming again? Maybe not. Though, I hope the restaurant improves their food and atmosphere with better lighting.

Authetic old style western restaurant. Very reasonable price and with good promotion. Tasty juicy tender chicken chop with prawn. A whole sey meal. Awesome services. Plenty of place. Lighting and environmeny are cosy. Very experience old staff serving us with human connection. This is hard to find in a modern day. This restaurant were our grandparenta and parents era, we must continue to support them if you like their style of food that bring memory on top of good taste buds. Thank you for serving us. I appreciate you.

Nice place. Came here to eat last week after getting some things from Pertama Complex. Actually back here after 30 years from overseas. The food changed a little but the pepper sauce on the chicken chop still tasted similar.

Always been most nostalgic steak house of my choice since a kid. To celebrate my friend's birthday, i thought i choose the oldest the Ship in town. Superb staff service, loyal old staff along with the antique restaurant serving fine dining style for an old me too..simply excellent, cant get the right service anywhere nowdays at a restaurant. Food as usual great and well cooked. Set Dinner for the birthday girl. Shrimp cocktail and soup was so good. The Roasted Lamb rack was tender and juicy. My baked fish was so creamy and good. The Fish n chips was in a large portion that we can even shared. Reasonable price for a great experience.

One of the most iconic, nostalgic restaurant in KL, stand stood still. It still serves best steak and western dishes, brings back the old memory lane. Located under Pertama Complex food court, quite number of seatings and tables. I love the ID resembles as your are in a ship. Pretty cosy, dim ambient. Food was tasty and delicious.
